Another challenge is getting specialist heart monitors for patients in remote places. It can be difficult and expensive, leaving millions of people worldwide with cardiovascular disease undetected until it is too late.

Heart disease is the world’s single biggest killer. Yet 80% of it is preventable.

Having witnessed my father’s distress, and the impact it had on all of our family, I wanted to use my expertise in engineering and AI to change all of this.

We have developed an innovative technology using just photoplethysmography (PPG) and a smartphone to lead the way toward a healthier heart for everyone, anywhere, at any time.

We spent 6 years in clinical studies and regulatory approvals.
